PostureNest provides professional coaching services rather than physical goods. This Return Policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for programs purchased from Antipurification at antipurification.click, including the Foundation Alignment Session, Six Week Habit Reset, and Executive Posture Intensive.
Nature of Services
Coaching sessions involve scheduled time with qualified PostureNest coaches, personalized materials, and studio or virtual resources. Because services are time-based and capacity-limited, refunds are evaluated according to the timelines below.
Cancellation Before First Session
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you may receive a full refund of program fees paid, minus any non-refundable processing charges disclosed at checkout. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to office@antipurification.click or through the contact details on connect-posture.html.
Cancellation After Starting a Program
Once coaching has begun, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions:
- Foundation Alignment Session: no refund after the session has occurred; rescheduling allowed once with 24-hour notice.
- Six Week Habit Reset: unused sessions may be refunded at the per-session rate listed at purchase, less a 15 percent administrative fee, if cancellation is requested before the fourth session.
- Executive Posture Intensive: unused sessions refunded at the per-session rate if cancellation occurs before the fifth session and at least 72 hours before the next appointment.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session without penalty by notifying PostureNest at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session credit. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Coach Cancellations
If Antipurification cancels a session due to coach illness or studio closure, you may reschedule at no charge or receive credit toward future services. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the affected session will be issued.
Virtual Program Considerations
Virtual clients are responsible for connectivity and environment suitability. Technical issues on your side do not qualify for refunds after a session has started. If PostureNest systems fail and a session cannot be completed, we will offer a makeup session or credit.
Non Transferable Packages
Program packages are personal and may not be transferred to another person without written approval. Promotional or discounted bundles follow the same cancellation rules unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future bookings.
How to Request a Refund
Email office@antipurification.click with your name, program purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank posting times may vary.
Satisfaction Commitment
If you are unsatisfied with a completed session, notify PostureNest within seven days. We may offer a complimentary review session or partial credit toward future coaching when concerns relate to delivery quality rather than personal preference about exercise selection.
