These Terms of Use govern access to antipurification.click and the purchase and use of posture coaching and body habit programs offered by PostureNest and Antipurification. By using our website, booking services, or attending sessions, you agree to these Terms.
Services Description
PostureNest provides educational coaching related to alignment awareness, movement habits, ergonomic setup, and practice routines. Services include the Foundation Alignment Session, Six Week Habit Reset, Executive Posture Intensive, virtual coaching, and related materials. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed physical therapy, medical diagnosis, or emergency care. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for pain, injury, or health conditions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have verified parental consent to purchase services. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will follow safety instructions communicated during sessions.
Bookings and Payments
Program fees are displayed in United States dollars on habit-kits.html and confirmed before payment. Prices may change for future purchases; confirmed bookings honor the price at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their terms. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of reserved sessions.
Session Attendance
Arrive on time for in-person appointments at 8907 Wilshire Blvd #270, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Late arrival may shorten session length. Virtual clients must provide a stable connection and private space suitable for movement. Missed sessions without timely notice may be forfeited according to our Return Policy.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to disclose relevant physical limitations, inform coaches of discomfort during exercises, and stop activities that cause sharp pain or dizziness. You will not record sessions without written consent. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share proprietary program materials provided by Antipurification.
Intellectual Property
All content on antipurification.click, including text, graphics, session plans, videos, and branding, is owned by PostureNest or licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Limited personal use is permitted for your own practice. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
Website Use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, impersonate PostureNest staff, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and the website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Individual outcomes vary based on adherence, baseline habits, and personal factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostureNest and Antipurification shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits arising from use of services or the website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a program purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostureNest, its coaches, and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Force Majeure
PostureNest is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility outages, pandemic restrictions, or governmental orders affecting studio access. We will offer rescheduling or credits when sessions cannot be delivered.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with an enforceable term that closest reflects the original intent.
Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or program changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Material changes to active programs will be communicated to enrolled clients where reasonable.
